چکیده
Medical applications increasingly require complex calculations with constraints of accelerated processing time. These are therefore oriented towards the integration high-performance embedded architectures. In this context, detection cardiac abnormalities is a task that remains high priority in emergency medicine. ECG analysis requires significant computing time since large amount information must be analyzed parallel frequencies. Real-time biggest challenge for researchers, when talking about like activity monitoring. This work evaluates Adaptive Dual Threshold Filter (ADTF) algorithm dedicated to signal filtering using various architectures: A Raspberry 3B+ and Odroid XU4. The implementation has been based on C/C++ OpenMP exploit parallelism used evaluation was validated several signals proposed MIT-BIH Arrhythmia database sampling frequency 360 Hz. Based an algorithmic complexity study parallelization functional blocks which present workloads, results show mean execution 7.5 ms 0.34 With efficient XU4 architecture, real-time performance can achieved.

Design of an Adaptive Filter with a Dynamic Structure for ECG Signal Processing
Biomedical signals such as ECG, EMG, and EEG are extremely important in the diagnosis of patients. It is difficult to filter noise from these signals, and errors resulting from filtering can distort a biomedical signal. Existing systems have shown poor performance when complicated noise appears. Adaptive filtering is selected to contend with these defects. Existing adaptive filters can adjust t...

The electrocardiogram (ECG) is widely used for diagnosis of heart diseases. Good quality ECG signals are utilized by physicians for interpretation and identification of physiological and pathological phenomena. Several techniques have been proposed to extract the ECG components contaminated with the background noise and allow the measurement of subtle features in the ECG signal. One of the comm...

We propose an open signal processing system design and implementation environment, BEEHIVE, that allows application developers to rapidly compose and debug functional speci cations in a networked, distributed computing environment, and then later migrate the application (transparently) onto an embedded, distributed, computing hardware/software platform, with the capability to recongure (adaptiv...
متن کاملAdaptive FIR Filter Processing of Vibroarthrographic Signal
The knee is one of the most important and injured site in human body. Current evaluation of the knee joint status are based on imaging such as CT and MRI, which are sensitive to knee joint disorders and expensive too, and others include the semiinvasive procedures. In order to overcome these problems a vibroarthrography is introduced. The aims of the present study were to investigate the most s...
متن کاملAdaptive-Filtering-Based Algorithm for Impulsive Noise Cancellation from ECG Signal
Suppression of noise and artifacts is a necessary step in biomedical data processing. Adaptive filtering is known as useful method to overcome this problem. Among various contaminants, there are some situations such as electrical activities of muscles contribute to impulsive noise. This paper deals with modeling real-life muscle noise with α-stable probability distribution and adaptive filterin...
